No spam

  • No unsolicited bulk email.
  • No purchased, scraped, or rented lists.
  • No “warming” campaigns designed to evade filters.

Prohibited content

The following categories are never allowed on Risu Mail. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

  • Phishing, impersonation, or deceptive headers/domains.
  • Malware, spyware, or harmful payloads/links.
  • Harassment, hate, or unlawful content.
  • Fraud, scams, or misleading claims.

Technical abuse

Automated or manual attempts to stress the platform, bypass protections, or misuse authentication flows undermine deliverability for everyone.

  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or security checks.
  • Abusing OTP endpoints (bruteforce, enumeration, or high‑volume sends).
  • Using compromised accounts or keys.

Enforcement

We may monitor for abuse signals such as abnormal API rate, high bounce rates, spam complaints, or suspicious content patterns. If detected, we may reject sends, pause API access, suspend accounts, and open a case for review.

Enforcement actions are designed to protect recipients and infrastructure. Repeated or severe abuse may result in permanent loss of access.
