Technical Integration
What is the maximum payload size? We support JSON payloads up to 10MB per request, which is sufficient for most large HTML templates with inline assets.
Do you support dedicated IPs? Yes, dedicated IP pools can be provisioned for accounts sending more than 100,000 emails per month.
Can I use Risu Mail for cold outreach? No. We strictly prohibit unsolicited bulk email to protect our deliverability for transactional users.
How long are delivery logs kept? We retain detailed status logs for 30 days. Metadata remains available for 90 days in the dashboard.
Deliverability and SEO
Does Risu Mail improve SEO? While email doesn't directly impact SERP, high engagement from transactional emails (like verified accounts) signals brand authority which indirectly supports SEO health.
Are emails scanned for spam? Yes, outbound mail is scanned to ensure compliance. Accounts sending high-spam content will be automatically suspended.
Billing and Quotas
Is there a free tier for developers? Yes, every account includes 500 emails per month for free, with no credit card required.
What happens if I exceed my quota? Sending will be paused. You can purchase 'Top-up' blocks or upgrade to a higher tier to resume immediately.
